From December 2020, employers may sponsor medium skilled workers from any country in the world. For this, you need a sponsor licence, and this licence will allow you to sponsor people from the EU if they don’t have a settled or pre-settled status which protects their pre-Brexit right to work.
Applications for sponsor licence are not too complicated, but have to be prepared carefully with detailed attention to your internal procedures for immigration compliance. A failed application may trigger a cooling off period of six months, and you may lose the chance to employ the right person at the right time.
We make all the necessary checks before the Home Office, so that you never worry about an audit or a fine.
